The Service Relationship Manager is responsible for building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with customers. This role focuses on improving customer satisfaction and understanding customer needs.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain positive relationships with new and existing franchisers.
Act as the primary point of contact for inquiries
Understand needs and provide solutions
Monitor customer satisfaction and address concerns or complaints promptly
Collaborate with sales, marketing, and support teams to improve customer experience
Identify opportunities to increase retention.
Analyze data and feedback to improve services and processes
Prepare regular reports for performance satisfaction, and engagement
Required Skills and Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
Proven experience in CRM or franchise service
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Excellent problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities

Experience 0 - 2 Years
Salary 2 Lac To 3 Lac 50 Thousand P.A.
