Urgently required Quality Head for our Castings Foundry Plant at Nashik

Required Qualification: BE (Metallurgy)

Required Experience: 8 to 14 years

CTC: as per market norms

He shall be responsible for developing and maintaining quality system for Sand Moulding Foundry and an advanced DISAMATIC foundry to meet day to day requirements of internal and external customers.

JD:

· To handle Quality Issues i.e. identifying Non conformities, analysing the data, carrying out Root Cause analysis, CAPA

· To handle customer complaints-Tracking, Records and closure

· Understand customer needs and requirements to develop effective quality control processes

· Devise and review specifications for products or processes

· Set requirements for raw material or intermediate products for suppliers and monitor their compliance

· To perform Product and Process audit independently

· Ensure adherence to health and safety guidelines as well as legal obligations

· Supervise inspectors, technicians and other staff and provide guidance and feedback

· Oversee all product development procedures to identify deviations from quality standards

· To evaluate method of inspection, use of instrument according to engineering drawing

· Inspect final output and compare properties to requirements

· Approve the right products or reject defectives

· Keep accurate documentation and perform statistical analysis

· Solicit feedback from customers to assess whether their requirements are met

· Submit detailed reports to appropriate executives

· Be on the lookout for opportunities for improvement and develop new efficient procedures

· To identify training needs for his/ her team and mentoring them

· To prepare PDI Report, Upload the same on Customer’s Portal, Layout Inspection, Review and Update documents like Control Plan,
